Our client's came to us initially for a build quote, their architect recommended us to them and they already had discussed and designed their dream loft conversion to fit their needs. However, when it came to pricing the overall build, it came in over budget and they felt their dreams slipping out of reach. Instead of letting this happen, we looked at their requirements and the available space, coupled with actual build costs, we were able to offer an alternative design which still met their needs as well as their budget!
